Customer Review: Bad service from ELECSURF. The machine is not working!
I’m very disappointed with the sale and post sale service of ELECSURF. After reporting general failures with the machine they told me to send back the laptop in order to repair or change it. After one more month ELECSURF sent me back the machine (Remember, I live in Venezuela and I had to pay all ship expenses FROM and TO US twice). After this entire odyssey I received the same machine (repaired) but the problem persists and the machine is still working so badly.
