Just received my HDX18 from Amazon. Shipment arrived as promised except the specs on the box didn’t match the description on Amazons site. I thought I was getting (1)500G hard drive and a Blueray player with Lightscribe, instead it was (2)250G hard drives and a standard Blueray player without lightscribe. Amazon is checking on this issue. If it matters, you might call Amazom first.

I take my laptop literally everywhere I can. I like to have an additional battery that will last a while. The laptop is already hefty so this battery didn’t add too much more weight. It boosted the rear upward so it helps with viewing the screen when I’m in laptop mode. It helps me to get a better grip on the body when in tablet mode, although I would not try to carry the laptop by the battery as one person said he tried to do.
